The Toledo women’s basketball team outlasted arch-rival Bowling Green Saturday afternoon with a 14-3 run in the final six minutes to win 66-63. The game was played in front 5,825 fans at Savage Arena for the largest on-Campus crowd in Mid-American Conference history.

“Toledo fans have been yearning for this for a long time,” Toledo Head Coach Tricia Cullop said. “I’m so glad that they came out and could be a part of this. What a tremendous environment for women’s basketball and the MAC.”
