Inane commentary on a game that deserves far better

Email Policy:

We appreciate email from readers and try to respond to them when possible. Occasionally, we post reader emails on the blog, so if you'd prefer that what you said not be posted, or if you'd prefer that it be posted anonymously, please say so explicitly.

We appreciate links to stories we may have missed, and we really appreciate corrections when we make spelling, factual, or other errors.

Comments:

People often ask why we don't have a place for readers to add comments. The basic reason is that it's time-consuming to monitor them -- occasionally, comments sections on blogs will degenerate into flame wars, and bloggers who have comments have to monitor them and delete posts that are offensive, etc. (For a discussion of this problem, see here.) We just don't want to spend the time monitoring them.

We try to link to message boards when possible so that if people want to debate (or disagree with us), they can do so there.

Journalistic Standards:

We don't have any. Sorry. We're not journalists -- we're just sports fans talking about sports.

If you'd prefer to read just news without any of the commentary or other flotsam, jetsam, and waveson that appear on this site, try the Women's Basketball Server or the WB Online News Page.

Biases:

We are, first and foremost, Minnesota fans -- Lynx and Gophers. We've also lived in Connecticut and the Bay Area, so we have some bias toward teams from those areas.
