Renewed craziness at UConn... Geno and Calhoun still hate each other, and lately, it's gotten worse. So much worse, reports Mike DiMauro today, that Geno nearly took the Oklahoma men's job.

The ostensible cause of the recent flareup? Calhoun may have accused the women's basketball program of leaking news about the Marcus Williams laptop incident.

The Jim People will call Auriemma a big baby — if they believe it at all.

Since I keep reading how the New York Times or this-and-that paper never covers the league, I feel compelled to point out that Connecticut had five papers at the ASG (The Day, Hartford Courant, New Haven Register, Manchester Journal-Inquirer and Norwich Bulletin). Hartford sent its columnist, Jeff Jacobs, too.
