One later round pick in the draft had some people puzzled. Was Meg Bulger not coming back for her senior season at West Viriginia after missing the last season and a half with consecutive knee injuries? It turns out either the team who selected her or the league made a mistake. Bulger never declared for the draft.

Based on Jenny Boucek's comments in the Monarchs Draft Day Blog, it does not sound like they realized she is going back to school (even though they don't expect her to play this season).
