Inane commentary on a game that deserves far better

Nikki Caldwell notched her first "signature" win as UCLA upset the #4 Bears.
"At this time of year, every team is tired,'' said Cal coach Boyle. We didn't come out focused. We let them get four offensive rebounds in the first minute or two. We definitely had our chances. It's not that we didn't have our chances. A team like UCLA, as well as they do, they thrive off turnovers. And they thrive off of offensive rebounds. Those were the two key factors going into the game.And if you don't take care of that, you give them a chance to bet you. They did a great job."
The Bears, though, may have lost more than just the game. Alexis Gray-Lawson went down with a knee. For the moment, they're calling it a sprain...
