The ACL story, revisited: (Or regurgitated)
This season, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Arizona State, Stanford, Tennessee, Michigan State, Louisville and Baylor were just some of the NCAA Tournament teams that had their seasons hit by the loss of starters.

"I don't think there's evidence that the number has gone down, and women continue to tear their ACLs at a higher rate given the same exposure,'' Wright said. "There are very few teams that don't have two or three players with their ACLs reconstructed. We've seen high-profile teams through the years have seasons decimated."
