NCAAs a Trenton success

As Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference commissioner Rich Ensor presented the Connecticut women's basketball team with its regional trophy Tuesday night, he began by thanking Trenton for hosting a great tournament.

Instead of a smattering of disinterested applause, a huge roar went up from many of those at Sovereign Bank Arena.

It helped, of course, to have UConn, but I wonder how much they learned from hosting the USA/Aussie game...
