Chinese Taipei Deaflympics Women's basketball team met the United States, the defending champion of 2005 Deaflympics, in its very first game, unfortunately. It was quite easy to spot the differences between two teams. US, seeking its 3rd consecutive champions, led the game all along with a 96-14 victory to the end.
