From Mike Organ at the Tennessean: WNBA coach returns to her roots

It's been nearly 25 years since Marynell Meadors coached women's basketball at Tennessee Tech, but she remains a popular figure in the Cookeville community.

That is why she is bringing the WNBA's Atlanta Dream to play an exhibition Sunday at Eblen Center. It will be the first professional basketball game ever played in the facility.
